Chassis Mt4 #1139-1152 and Tipo 2000S #2002-2005 are produced during 1954
- Jan 1954 - Introduction of a twin-spark option to the 1450cc MT4 engine
- Spring 1954 – Driven by growing demand for the Mt4, OSCA enters into an arrangement to with the Ferrara coachbuilder Morelli Brothers to act as coachbuilder on the Mt4 barchetta bodies
- March 8th – 12 Hours of Sebring, Stirling Moss/Bill Lloyd win 1st OA in Cunningham’s 1450cc Mt4 (#1137)
- March - Introduction of an MT4 1500cc engine version (120cv @6300)
- April 11th – Pebble Beach Races. Chick Leason wins the 1500cc races in his 1350cc Mt4
- May 2nd – 1954 Mille Miglia, Cabianca 2nd in class to a Porsche 550 Spyder (Sport 1500)
- July 24-25th – Sgorbati wins 1st OA at the 12 hours of Messina driving his 2000S (#2005)
- End of 1954 - The OSCA Factory moves to a new, purpose build factory at Via Emilia 245/247 in San Lazzaro di Savena, Bologna. With car production at a rate of 10+ cars per annum and a one year order backlog, the capacity of the new factory is well utilised.
