- March 22nd – 12 Hours of Sebring, De Tomaso wins the 750cc category and index of performance in his Tipo S-187 (#760).
- April 13th – Shell Trophy, Monza. Colin Davis wins 1st OA in his Tipo S 1500cc (#1179)
- April 21-22nd – 24 hours of Le-Mans, France. De Tomaso/Davis win the 750cc class and index of performance.
